It is that nothing sends work back to them. What I do is set the whole thing up: the digital card, the website, the QR code on the counter, the review link that goes out after a job, the WhatsApp replies that answer at nine at night. Then I show you how to change it yourself, because you should not have to call me to update your own prices.
